Our Guarantee

All DENNIS items are guaranteed to last an entire calendar year of normal wear and tear from shipment date. Additionally, all items are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for the life of the garment.

Reach out to us to report defects on items or logos here before going through our Returns Center. We're dedicated to ensuring your uniform is top quality!

Our Return Policy

If it's still in your uniform program, we're happy to take back items in their original state (unwashed, unworn, with original tags) within 90 days of purchase. 

Items purchased in stores must be returned in stores along with your receipt. No receipt? Find your purchase history in your DENNIS account.

Items purchased online may be returned in stores with receipt or packing slip, or through our online return portal below. Any packages sent to stores or our warehouse without an official return merchandise authorization (RMA) number may be returned to sender.
Please have your Order ID# ready to initiate your return. This number can be found in your confirmation email or on your packing slip, noted as "Cust Ref" near the top of the slip. 

Please note that bulk orders, custom-made garments, hem extensions, items marked as All Sales Final/While Supplies Last and items outside of our 90-day return policy are not eligible for returns.
