All Sales Are Final

As part of the Dennis Uniform Receivership Estate liquidation, all purchases are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Condition of Merchandise

All merchandise is brand new and part of the remaining Dennis Uniform inventory. Items are shipping “as is” directly from warehouse storage.

Because this is a liquidation event, products may include past-season styles or discontinued items, and packaging may vary. All goods meet original retail quality standards.

Please review product details, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing checkout, as we are unable to accommodate changes once an order is placed.

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations nationwide. Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment.

Fulfillment times vary based on product location and carrier capacity. You will receive tracking information via email once each shipment has been processed.

All orders are charged at checkout, and payment is collected at the time your order is confirmed.

Helpful Ordering Reminder

Inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once an item or size sells out, it will not be restocked.

Because children grow quickly and this is a one-time liquidation event, we recommend purchasing additional sizes your student may need in the near future while inventory remains available.

This sale is conducted by the Dennis Uniform Receivership Estate. All inventory is being sold as part of a court-supervised liquidation process. Purchases made through this site are not part of any ongoing or future retail operation of Dennis Uniform.
