What does it mean when an item is marked “While Supplies Last”?
Items marked “While Supplies Last” have been discontinued or are being phased out of your school’s uniform program, and are available in limited quantities only. These items are also “final sale” (they cannot be returned or exchanged). Changes in inventory levels may mean that a “While Supplies Last” item you ordered is no longer available by the time your order ships. In this case, return credit for the purchase price of the item will be issued to the credit card used for your purchase.
How do I know I’m ordering the right size?

What payment types does DENNIS accept?
Online, phone & fax orders: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, DENNIS Scrip, DENNIS Gift Certificates.
Mail Order: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, DENNIS Scrip, DENNIS Gift Certificates, in-store credit.
In-store: Cash, and all of the above.
How soon will my credit card be charged after placing my order?
Credit cards are billed when orders are placed.
When will I receive my merchandise?
Most customers receive in-stock orders within 2-10 days. Backordered items may take longer.
How will my order be shipped?
UPS or US Postal Service (USPS). USPS delivery only to PO Boxes. More about our Shipping & Pickup options
What if the size name on my packing slip is slightly different from the size on my garment’s inside neck label?
We are working on ways to improve identification and selection of our product size and fit. Use our size naming conventions chart to learn more! What if I ordered the wrong size or want to return a product?
Visit the DENNIS Returns & Exchanges page to view our policy and to return or exchange products online! You can also return merchandise at your local DENNIS Store.
I recently picked up an order via DENNIS Curbside, but need to make a return/exchange. How do I do this?
When using curbside pickup, allow 24 hours for your order status to update online. Once your order status is marked “Shipped”, you can easily begin our Quick Return process.
