How do I pay online, or with mail order or fax?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and DENNIS Scrip for online, phone or fax orders. Check, credit card, DENNIS Scrip or in-store credit for mail orders.
How soon will my credit card be charged after placing my order?
Credit cards are billed when orders are placed.
When will I receive my merchandise?
7-10 business days after you place your order. If item is backordered, we will notify you by email or phone.
How will my order be shipped?
UPS or US Postal Service. USPS delivery only to PO Boxes.

Yes, with packing slip or receipt and within 90 days.
Who pays for the shipping on returned merchandise?
DENNIS pays for shipping for any items which are defective or sent in error.
