  1. Return or exchange items using DENNIS’ Quick Return online service.

    Follow these instructions:
    • Search for your order.*
    • Indicate the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
    • Purchase a UPS return shipping label for a flat fee of $6.50 (+ applicable taxes) or use a shipper of your own choice.
    • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return and attach the return shipping label.
    • Replacement items for exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge.
    • Refund, exchange, or balance due will be processed upon receipt of the item.

Frequently asked questions

What is your product guarantee?
DENNIS products are guaranteed against normal wear and tear for one calendar year from the time of purchase. DENNIS products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for the life of the garment.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange any item in its original condition that is still current on your school’s uniform program. For a refund or store credit, return your item with your receipt within 90 days. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on special ordered, final sale, altered or washed items.

Who pays for the return shipping of an item to DENNIS?
When you process your return or exchange online you will be prompted to purchase a UPS return shipping label or use a shipper of your own choice. Replacement items will be shipped back to you without additional shipping charges.

How/when will I receive my refund?
Credit for any balance due will be issued to the credit card used for your original purchase. Exchanged or newly-ordered items will be billed to your credit card. For items purchased with cash, scrip, check or gift certificates, and for items purchased in a DENNIS retail store, a DENNIS refund check will be issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and up to 15 business days for a refund check to be mailed out.

How long will it take for me to receive an exchanged item?
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed and your replacement item to be shipped and received.
