We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and our fabrics. If you need to return or
exchange merchandise, it must be done within 60 days of the time you receive goods
and be accompanied by your packing slip. We accept merchandise that is unworn,
unwashed, and unaltered, with tags intact. We regret that we can't accept returns on
personalized or special ordered items.

Yes, you can return merchandise to any DENNIS location with a packing slip during the
60 day grace period.

Will I pay shipping when I return merchandise to DENNIS?
DENNIS covers shipping for any items sent in error.

My garment needs a small repair, what do I do?
Contact National Customer Service (800) 854-6951, we will be happy to replace a defective
zipper, send you a button, or mend a garment. Depending on the repair, a small fee
may apply.
