factory, based on the body measurements you provide.

October through June, allow 4 to 6 weeks; July through September, 8-12 weeks.
How much will my special measurement garment cost?
$22.00 additional cost for each garment.
Can I return a special measurement garment?
We are sorry that we cannot accept returns on special measurement garments, except for
flaws in workmanship.
How do I order a special measurement garment?
A Branch Representative or Representative from National Customer Service will provide you
with a copy of the in-process order form. Complete with accurate body measurements, sign,
and return to DENNIS. We will contact you with your order number, billing information and
approximate delivery date.
How do I measure?
The in-process order form has instructions for taking proper body measurements.
1. The student to be measured must stand straight in undergarments or loose fitting clothes and sock feet.
2. Use a standard cloth tape measure. Hold the tape firmly, and wrap around each area without pulling tightly.
3. Student should exhale to gain the most accurate chest and waist measurements.
4. Please consult your school sheet for required hem length as these vary from garment to garment.
5. Measure twice to be sure the measurements are accurate.
If you need help or have questions, please contact National Customer Service.
Can someone help me measure?
If possible, bring the student into your local DENNIS store, and we will measure the student. Or, a
National Customer Service Representative will walk you through the process.
Why can’t I just measure a garment that fits?
We need a full set of body measurements to guarantee a proper fit, and adjust our patterns accordingly.
HELPFUL HINT: Don’t have a cloth tape measure?
Mark off the measurements with a piece of string and then, hold the string up to a yardstick.
